A tumblr App for Blackberry. Sure, posting is easy, but what about checking the dash when you’re on the go?

Cause that shit was annoying.
Yeah and also, you called others out on doing that about a month or two ago. ;)
It was less the people who did it, and more the implimentation where Tumblr fetches the twitter feeds once a day or so, so sometimes twitter just throws up on my dash for 10-20 posts.
Looking for a good book - FICTION ONLY - to read...

As I read so much boring non-fiction every day of my sad work life. Interesting, complicated stories with cool characters preferred. No historical fiction (ew). Nothing geared towards men (comic books, cars, the like). Nothing very chicky (shopping, how to catch a man, etc.).
After that list, I’m pretty sure I’ll be left with nothing to read but the internet. Now that’s...

Would you go into the past or into the future?
The future, but not 100, or 10,000 years, I’d want to see a million or ten million years in the future of the planet.

Iraqi shoe thrower beaten too severely to show up in court. I wonder who’s hailing this as a “victory for democracy” now.
This is maybe the only thing that can top Robocop On A Unicorn in terms of pure awesomeness today: Morgan Freeman covers “One Week.”

Question for Tumblr
If you could do anything and know you wouldn’t fail - not necessarily succeed beyond your wildest expectations, just that by your own measures you would be successful - what would you do?
Since I posed it, I’ll answer first: I’d open my own microbrewery.
What the Financial Crisis Means For
sarahlane:

Sex Will the financial crisis spark a baby boom? It just might. According to the Telegraph, sales of sex toys, pregnancy tests, maternity clothes, and baby equipment are soaring. But that’s not the only place sex may have increased. Jonathan Alpert, a Manhattan psychotherapist, has seen a threefold increase in the number of Wall Street workers who seek help for the sex...

Ahh, the spin it takes to think of this as a positive thing could send someone hurtling off into space.

There is probably more to it. Keep looking.

So maybe I had a little to drink at the Xmas party. And maybe I stole a wine glass. And maybe my shift doesn’t end for 3 hours. WHATEVER.
Reblogging so tomorrow you have at least some idea of what you did tonight. ;)
You’re just jealous that you didn’t get any pomengrante champagne and ahi tuna in the middle of your working day. :)

I love the theme on this tumblr…
yay! thanks :) I found it on a fellow tumblr’s site, and there were instructions on how to use it which included downloading all the images that make up the theme, hosting them, and then plugging in the URLs to the theme code. it was labor intensive, but I was thrilled (and proud of myself) that it worked :) I’ll try to find the link for...
On a higher standard of political discourse.
You know it’s funny, right after the election I saw a lot of people proclaiming that Obama being elected killed the stock market and was systematically destroying the economy. Lots of charts and graphs and commentary basically saying that the American People had been suckered, but business (“The heart and soul of America”) knew what was really up.
Now, though, I don’t see...
