Dear Apple
If you do make a tablet/larger iPod Touch/Macbook Nano, as it looks like you will, I want one thing more than anything else: the ability to hook up a USB or Bluetooth keyboard and mouse.
I know it sounds backwards, but hear me out: to use it as a multitouch slate/tablet is awesome, and I dig it. In fact, I’ll probably use it that way 75-80% of the time. However, I know that I would also, occasionally, find it incredibly useful to hook up a keyboard and mouse and go to town (not literally) on a writing project.
So yes, it’s a little “legacy” and may be inherently doomed because of that, but that little addition would make it an irresistible product for me.
Oh, also, I just bought and installed a shiny new 320GB hard drive into my macbook, so if you could let me put that in there, I’d really appreciate that too, but that’s sort of secondary.
