Barrett Garese: Seven days of fitness madness.
So one again, I’ve found myself inspired by Taryn O’Neill to actually act on something I’ve been thinking of doing (damn her and her pesky actioning of items.)
Ever since I joined blip, I’ve been slacking off on my workouts. When I was in total control of my schedule, I had a routine of 10am…
Seven for Seven.
Well to be technical about it, I was 6.5 for 7 - yesterday at Krav Maga I rolled my ankle halfway through and could barely walk (its still about twice its size today) but I’m gonna upgrade that to a full point because I didn’t let it stop me from going to the gym today.
Now, I plan to rest for a couple days and let my body recover a bit. A couple days off to rest and ice my ankle will be welcome.
Personal Fitness Challenge: Completed!

You’re a weird dude, but I love you anyway. Seriously, though, I’m ready and waiting with ridicule should you need it!

This is truly fucking awesome man. I’m glad Taryn is getting everyone involved. I actually wrote my fitness column for the week on this very topic.
